Bagsy Crossed the Bar on the 29th September 2026 after a long fight with Cancer, he died peacefully with his wife Demi by his side. Bagsy was a Flight PO (AH) and was attached from 1976-1978, he was an original Association Member and always willing to give a hand to promote the Association. His funeral took place near Ruthin in North Wales, the Association Standard was in attendance together with four Association Members and three Members of the Wrexham RNA. An Association wreath was placed on his coffin and Dutchy Holland gave a short eulogy in the local Church, we then proceeded to the Pub next door for the Wake, a rum toast to our old shipmate was performed.
