We have finally decided on the venue for this years Reunion/AGM; details as follows:-
Place: Plymouth (Guzz)
Date: October 4th-6th weekend- AGM & Reunion Dinner on the 5th.
Venue: Copthorne Hotel - Armada Way PL1 1AR - www.copthorneplymouth.co.uk
Accommadation:
Single + breakfast @ £60/room/night
Double/twin + breakfast @ £74/room/night
Club -Double/twin + breakfast @ £99/room/night
Dinner on Saturday night @ £25/person - 3 courses (Menu choices will be sent out to those attending)
A block booking of 20 rooms has been made, so when you ring to make your booking please mention JUPITER REUNION, the Hotel cannot guarantee a room from September 1st as our Block Booking will be released to the general public, so BOOK EARLY!!!
In order for me to be aware of who is attending please email me with your details, for both the weekend and those attending just for the Reunion Dinner.
