HMS Jupiter Association Reunion & AGM 2024.
Since the last Reunion I have been attempting to get a Venue for our 20th Anniversary, initially as mentioned at this year’s Reunion Meeting, in Liverpool, then the surrounding area, Blackpool, then Manchester and finally in Stoke on Trent. The problems have been, bad reviews, lack of rooms/price of rooms due to Football weekends, rooms okay but no available Private Dining Room and vice versa. Blackpool hotels a minimum of 3 nights, very high corkage costs and charges for room hire in many quotes! So, trying to be relatively central, (2025 in Middlesbrough) Stoke on Trent came up, the Committee have agreed to the following.

B&B Costs: £100 single occupancy and £110 double occupancy including breakfast.
Upgrades will be available; please use the Booking Code, GHMS24, when booking your room to get your discounts. Payment on arrival.
AGM Room: Complimentary.
Gala Dinner: The Gala Dinner Evening costs will include the Dinner plus Entertainment and will be by Ticket as we did for Portsmouth in 2022, price of Ticket TBC.
Gala Dinner: Private function room, own Bar, a 3-course meal.
Drink Costs: NO corkage on drinks for toasts, discount on drinks for the Gala Dinner if you preorder, a Drinks Order Form will be available nearer the Reunion.
Parking: Car parking is complimentary, report your car Reg.No. to Reception on arrival.
Entertainment: Awaiting options/prices from the Hotel via resident DJ.
Shops & Bars: Retail Park across the road, City Centre a 5 min. taxi drive for shops/bars and restaurants.
